∎ We are currently seeking an energetic professional, with experience in managing Key Accounts in the Telecom Sector for a position within the Sales & Marketing Division at EDOTCO Bangladesh Co Ltd.
∎ Proactively address customer concerns to establish trust and confidence. This involves utilizing automated tools for efficient order management, regularly engage in sales funnel activities, update CRM systems with key deal information, and present monthly/quarterly progress reports to NTC and Group levels. Additionally, maintain strong internal stakeholder relationships, contribute to strategic business plans, and ensure revenue alignment with sales are integral responsibilities.
