ccna, IT System Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Managing total IT Department.
∎ 2. Administration of Madina Group Digital Communication Service that include
∎ i) Network Maintenance
∎ ii) Internet and Farwell Security
∎ iii) Bandwidth Control
∎ iv) Data Link
∎ v) All Attendance Device,
∎ vi) CCTV Camera Head office and Remote Location
∎ vii) Active Directory (for Manage Computer) , Troyee, Tally, File Server, Cold Storage Server, HR Payroll Server, Antivirus server, Mail Server, EMC Storage Server, SAP Server.
∎ viii) Corporate SMS Broadcasting.
∎ 3. Supervision of total IT Network (Head Office, Meghna Ghat, Gazipur ). & Server Systems
∎ 4. Administration of existing software & systems Microsoft Email Service & WPR System.
∎ 5. Communicate with IT Vendors & arranging/participating meetings as per requirement.
∎ 6. Preparing, evaluating & forwarding IT related official documents.
∎ 7. Preparing & proposing IT Department Policy & Procedures
∎ 8. Performing other tasks assigned by BOD.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
