Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Computer
∎ Diploma in Computer Science from any reputed Polytechnic Institution /Post-Graduate diploma in IT/Masters in commerce.
∎ Skills Required: Accounts, Communication, Data Analysis, Data Entry, Database, Internet Browsing

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Computer skill
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain and handle a web-based MIS & AIS software (i.e. Microfin360);
∎ Provide overall guidance, support and input to the branch level MIS & AIS software operation;
∎ Identifying problems of Microfin360 software implementation process; anticipating requirements and provide solution;
∎ Establish accountability and control at each level of software implementation process;
∎ Conduct and coordinate the training on Microfin360 implementation and provide support;
∎ Maintain regular data backup;
∎ Time to time branch office visit for solving software and IT related problems;
∎ Provide technical support (i.e. hardware & software) to all computer users to ensure smooth implementation of Head Office and branch level activities;
∎ Maintenance of the website of the organization;
∎ Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Expert in handling of any web based large MIS & AIS software;
∎ Minimum 3 years' practical experience in handling large volume MIS & AIS system;
∎ Expert in MS-Office, Windows setup, Illustrator and Photoshop program;
∎ Expert in IT based communication;
∎ Should have skill in website development using WordPress platform;
∎ Should have experience in website maintenance;
∎ Should have skills in driving motorcycle with valid driving license;
∎ Should have knowledge in basic accounts keeping.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 29875 (Monthly)
∎ Monthly Tk. 27,000/- for 3 months of the probation period. After confirmation, he will be given monthly salary of Tk. 29,875 (Basic Tk. 16,500/-+House Rent Tk. 9,900/-+Medical Tk. 1,650/-, Field Allowance Tk. 825/- and Daily Allowance Tk. 1,000/-)
