Responsibilities & Context:
Working as the member of Issue Management & Corporate Advisory team
Carry out a detailed evaluation of the Company and its future business plans
Review Revenue pattern, Tax, VAT, RJSC and others Documentation
Review and design financial statement of the client as per IAS, IFRS and other relevant rules as per requirement of BSEC
Preparing prospectus, Information Memorandum, Right Offer document etc.
Excellent analytical Skills in negotiation, business planning, and budgeting.
Making effective plan to reach the company suitable platform in short period
