∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Minimum 03-06 years of experience in investment banking.
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills.
∎ Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Self-starter, Works well in a team environment and independently.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Strong customer service attitude and should be ready to work in shifts.
∎ Sound Knowledge on Capital Market, Mutual Fund, Financial Market Operation and also to be conversant with laws, rules, regulation, policies etc. of Bangladesh Securities & Exchange Commission & Stock Exchanges.
∎ Minimum 03-06 years of experience in investment banking.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Working as the member of Issue Management & Corporate Advisory team.
∎ Carry out a detailed evaluation of the Company and its future business plans.
∎ Review Revenue pattern, Tax, VAT, RJSC and Documentation.
∎ Review and design financial statement of the client as per IAS, IFRS and other relevant rules as per requirement of BSEC.
∎ Preparing prospectus, Information Memorandum, Right Offer document etc.
∎ Excellent analytical Skills in negotiation, business planning, and budgeting.
∎ Making effective plan to reach the company suitable platform in short period.
∎ A full fledge merchant bank rendering diversified services such as Issue Management, Corporate advisory, Portfolio Management and other financial services is currently looking for ambitious, smart, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic individuals for this position.
∎ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ Working as the member of Issue Management & Corporate Advisory team.
