• B. Sc in Textile Engineering OR Graduate in any discipline.

• Must be Experienced in large Knit Composite Industries.

• Must be Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office, Excel, ERP Software.

Responsible for Barnali Textile & Printing Industries (Pvt.) Ltd and Barnali Collections Ltd.

• 100 % Honest in all aspect

• Implement & follow-up of all required SOPs to improve productivity & quality for knitting & dyeing section.

• Analyzing production gaps to improve the productivity of man, material & machine.

• Must have knowledge about dice & chemicals.

• Should have capability to control usage of raw materials.

• Preparing & follow-up dyeing loading & unloading plan by ensuring best capacity utilization.

• Follow-up machine wise daily production, re-processes & reporting to management.

• Monitoring individual parameter wise lost times & finding possible solutions.

• Finding the reasons of dyeing reprocesses.

• Check-out daily capacity & providing target.

• Preparing different types of proposals for cost minimization & time consuming

• Need to do data analysis and look into monthly trends of each KPI (key performance indicator) and control them after setting a benchmark.

• Monitoring and Auditing IE and Jr.IE activities in all the units
