• Strong knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, virtualization, and cloud solutions.

• ERP (Oracle/SAP/Customized) management and reporting experience.

• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office suite.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure with a results-driven mindset.

• Cisco Certified Network Associate CCNA / CCNP.

• Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE).Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).

Job Context:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager – ICT to lead our Information & Communication Technology operations across our renowned RMG group of companies. The ideal candidate will oversee the management of our dedicated Data Center, ensure seamless ICT infrastructure, and drive digital transformation initiatives aligned with the textile and garment industry’s evolving needs.

Job Responsibilities:

Data Center Management:

• Lead the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of the company’s in-house Data Center.
• Ensure high availability, disaster recovery readiness, and robust cybersecurity protocols.
• Implement backup strategies and safeguard mission-critical production and ERP systems.
• Maintain uptime of email servers, file servers, and internal communication platforms.
• Lead ICT projects such as system automation, server virtualization, and network modernization.

ICT Infrastructure & Systems:

• Develop and implement ICT strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company objectives.
• Oversee enterprise-wide ICT systems including ERP (Garment ERP, Supply Chain, HR, and Finance).
• Manage network architecture, servers, storage, and cloud integrations.
• Ensure smooth connectivity between factory units, warehouses, and corporate offices.
• Lead system troubleshooting, data integration, and report customization.
• Ensure minimal downtime of all IT equipment and business-critical systems.

Industry-Specific ICT Solutions:

• Implement and optimize ICT tools tailored for textile and RMG operations (production planning, inventory control, compliance reporting).
• Support automation in knitting, dyeing, finishing, and garment production processes.
• Integrate ICT with IoT-enabled machinery for efficiency and real-time monitoring.

Leadership & Strategy:

• Lead ICT team members, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
• Manage ICT budget and control technology-related expenses efficiently.
• Develop ICT policies, SOPs, and compliance frameworks (ISO, GDPR, local regulations).
• Collaborate with senior management to align ICT strategy with business growth and sustainability goals.
• Coordinate with vendors for maintenance contracts, AMC renewals, and service level agreements.

Security & Compliance

• Ensure data protection, cybersecurity monitoring, and compliance with IT security protocols.
• Ensure compliance with data protection laws and organizational ICT policies.
• Ensure data security, user access control, and compliance with buyer requirements.
• Conduct regular audits, vulnerability assessments, and implement corrective measures.
• Ensure reliable backup and recovery processes for critical business systems.
• Implement firewalls, antivirus, and intrusion detection systems.
• Establish access control, user authentication, and secure backup procedures.
• Conduct periodic IT security audits and risk assessments.
• Ensure alignment of ICT initiatives with sustainability and efficiency goals.
