Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA / MBA major in Human Resource Management will be given preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): HR, payroll management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure implementation policy, rules, and regulation of the company.
∎ Assist, update & help to prepare Company policies and follow up company policies, documentation, and procedures.
∎ To arrange meetings/training/workshops related to the Supplier Ownership Program.
∎ To arrange and attend to the audit/visit related to the Supplier Ownership Program.
∎ To manage participants for the meeting/training/workshop related to the Supplier Ownership Program.
∎ Organize interviews and carry on the selection process of the company and ensure recruitment is based on organ gram, job description, and job specification.
∎ Take necessary steps to prevent child labor.
∎ Develop and manage induction and orientation programs.
∎ Assists job holders in preparing job descriptions adhering to local legislation such as labor laws in vogue.
∎ Design HRMS Reports and maintain its records when as required by the management.
∎ Ensure salary and wages as per Labor Law.
∎ Monitor and implement working hours as per policy and procedure.
∎ Take necessary steps to arrange all types of Election as scheduled time.
∎ Organize, coordinate HRMS-related training and motivational program and develop training material according to company policy and requirements.
∎ Carry out the monthly and annual performance appraisal process for increment and promotion.
∎ To take necessary steps to meet KPI for his department.
∎ Compile statistical reports concerning personal-related data such as hires, transfers, attendance, and leave.
∎ Responsible for implementing the standard & good HR practices in the organization to reduce absenteeism, tardiness and increase production.
∎ Assist senior management with effective implementation of HR functions of the organizations as per Bangladesh Labor Law 2006.
∎ Ensure grievances and disciplinary procedures are attended to and initiated as per labor law.
∎ Assist top management in implementing the reward management system.
∎ Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ Planning and arranging meeting schedule and monitoring the outcome of the meeting and apprise the same top management with valuable suggestions.
∎ Ensure proper environmental condition within the factory premises including the workplace.
∎ Ensure protection/measure against Occupational, Health & Safety hazards/issues and risk assessment.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have good knowledge about Local & International Labor Law.
∎ Skills Required: Human Resource Management, Human Resources & Development, Labor Law, HRIS/ HR Database Management.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and should be smart and energetic to manage any situation.
∎ Have to be smart, energetic, and dynamic.
∎ Good command in both written and spoken English.
∎ Team leading capabilities.
∎ Computer Skill (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, E-mail browsing, etc.
