∎ Assist in formulation and implementation of HR policies. Develop JD's for all unique roles of the organization. Formulate policies on employee retention and engagement strategies so as to reduce attrition. This position is designed for maintaining the responsibility of Factory HR and related Compliance issues. This is the leading position for payroll management and HRIS operation for the entire premises. S/He must have solid idea about disciplining employees in accordance with existing labor laws and company. Ensure that HR, Admin and Compliance teams and Unit Managers effectively supervised by planning, organizing and delegating tasks to meet company's goals and expectations. Take proper and immediate steps to improve factory's people management conditions and take all possible steps to adhere with buyer's compliance instruction. Communicate with the concerns in Head Office for their needs in respect of administration, HR, Compliance, Production & Security issues. Preparing, organizing and managing factory audits as per buyer's requirements including various social, ethical, environmental, technical, supply chain security and QMS audits. Evaluate company culture and provide recommendation on changes to accomplish company goals and objectives. Ensure availability of effective devices/tools to Managers for selection and placement of suitable persons in the job positions to increase job efficiency. Develop and implement structured benefits and compensation systems in line of company's policies and industry practices and ensure compliance within the company. Provides measurement standards, targets and KPIs to the management team with respect to the performance management process, including both informal performance and annual formal performance appraisals. Contributes expertise to the development and delivery of performance management training manuals, policies and procedures. Develop and support the implementation of succession planning and effective Talent Management systems. To resolve employee's grievance, stress in proactive manner and manage complex team situations to build up good internal relationship among the employee. Provide employee training on compliance related topics, policies, or procedures. Liaison with BGMEA, ACCORD, Fire service, Civil Defense etc.
