Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration, Human Resource Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Duties and Responsibilities-HR
∎ Prepare strategic HR planning, forecast, employment needs assessment, yearly budget for human resources.
∎ Maintain an organizational structure and staffing levels to accomplish company goals and objectives.
∎ To prepare Job Description.
∎ To prepare job advertisement, CV collection, screening, arrange & conduct interview, issue job offer letter etc.
∎ Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
∎ Create company strategic training and organizational development plan to meet personal, professional and organizational needs of company employees.
∎ Analyze training needs, arrange the training for HR development
∎ Conduct the performance appraisal for every employee of the company.
∎ Coordinate company equal opportunity programs to achieve diversity goals.
∎ Maintain the employees’ personal record/ information in ERP software.
∎ Solve the problem regarding performance related conflict.
∎ Maintain daily attendance, overtime, daily timesheet, for all the employees.
∎ Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons of the resignation or termination etc. Investigate and report regarding any occurrence, accident etc.
∎ Contact with insurance company regarding the HR issues.
∎ Create company strategic recruitment and selection plan.
∎ To implement effective Employee engagement strategies.
∎ Leave approval.
∎ Duties and Responsibilities-Administration
∎ Supervise daily administrative operations.
∎ Monitoring expenses & suggest cost effective alternative.
∎ Monitoring office supplies stock and place orders.
∎ Monitoring regular reports on expenses and office budgets
∎ Contact with vendors to provide employee service like food, transportation or relocation, recreation program etc.
∎ Checking & verify administrative bill.
∎ Monitoring travel and accommodations maintenance.
∎ Monitoring company vehicles.
∎ Arrange & Monitor all kinds of meeting/program.
∎ Maintain employee records.
∎ Maintain and Monitoring company databases in ERP.
∎ Maintain important and confidential company documents.
∎ To implement & monitor training & development program/awareness on regular basis.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good presentation and public speaking Skills.
∎ Excellent communication skill.
∎ Should have positive and to do attitude.
∎ Proficient in MS-Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Google sheet.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must be Target Oriented.
∎ Basic knowledge in Social Media Marketing and should be tech savvy.
