• Master of Business Administration (MBA)
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Management / Healthcare Management / Business Administration
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Master’s degree (MHA / MBA) will be preferred

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital, Diagnostic Centre, Clinic

• Age 30 to 45 years
• Only Male

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Knowledge of hospital operations and healthcare systems

• Financial and administrative management skills

• Ability to work under pressure

• Proficiency in MS Office and hospital management software

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall hospital operations and administration

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and government policies

• Supervise departmental heads and hospital staff

• Develop and implement hospital policies and procedures

• Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial performance

• Maintain patient care standards and service quality

• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and support staff

• Handle patient feedback and resolve operational issues

• Oversee procurement, inventory, and facility maintenance
