∎ Preferred Professional Certification: NEBOSH
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Health Safety and Environment
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Multinational Companies, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Engineering Firms, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.), Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure on-site safety training for all employees & subcontractor's workforce in project site. And Facilitate toolbox meeting every day before the working shift started.
∎ To maintain and good relationship to the Client's & Occupational Health Safety Team,
∎ Review and enforce policies that create a safe workplace environment for employees and clients
∎ Ensure safety boards with postings including but not limited to: Health and safety policy, inspection and audit results, project hazard assessment, location of first aid, etc. are maintained and current.
∎ Prepare and review Monthly HES Reports, Collect Daily observation report from site
∎ Support internal/external audit program in project site.
∎ Review safety reports from safety officers, analyzing which changes will be the most beneficial and how improvements can be made.
∎ Evaluate current procedures and policies in addition to workplace facilities to identify risks and adherence to legal requirements.
∎ General Daily Work Practices:
∎ 1. Oversee all operations, watching for practices and processes that violate safety policies or create a dangerous situation, taking measures necessary to create a safe working environment
∎ 2. Analyze all standard procedures, creating reports based on their safety and areas that need improvement.
∎ 3. Make recommendations to management, executives and individual employees for ways to improve safety and efficiency.
∎ 4. Collaborate with other managers, P.M | C.M to ensure the best procedures are adhered to at all times and all employees are following safety policies properly.
∎ 5. Ensure that the following HS&E Manual, the applicable provincial legislation and regulations, site safety inspection forms, observation forms, tailboards and log books, fall protection plans etc. to be maintain
∎ 6. Research safety policies that are mandated by state and federal government, as well as optional policies adopted by other businesses, analyzing whether they would be beneficial to implement in our business.
∎ 9. Liaise with Govt. Hospitals and Medical Professionals and project emergency team & arrangement.
∎ 11. To follow up organization policy and procedures.
∎ 12. To keep up organization reputation effectively and professionally.
