• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Hospitality Management

• Graduate / Post Graduate in Hospitality Management

• Academic qualification will be relaxed for experienced candidates

• Age 25 to 35 years

• Applicants should have 2 years of experience in a hotel, training center, resort, or a comparable establishment as a Manager (Food & Beverage) or Supervisor (Food & Beverage).
• Age requirements will be relaxed for experienced candidates.
• Computer literacy is essential.
• Skillful in E- Store Management, verbal communications and reporting.
• Strong leadership, motivational, and communication skills are highly desirable;
• Candidate should know how to ride a motorcycle with a valid driving license;
• Willingness to work extra hours is expected.

Christian Service Society (CSS), a renowned national NGO, has been implementing various projects and programs nationwide for the well-being of impoverished and disadvantaged people. Ava Center is one of the interventions of the CSS. Located at Rupsha Natun Bazar, Khulna, this training and resource center provides clients with comprehensive training, meeting spaces, dining, and accommodation facilities, all conveniently situated in one location. It stands as one of CSS`s income-generating projects. Currently, we are seeking an experienced "Manager - Food & Beverage" who will be responsible for overseeing food and beverage services, ensuring food hygiene and taste, and managing cost control.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage staff in the dining and restaurant areas, providing day-to-day supervision.

• Ensure that food is prepared and served to customers` orders timely and promptly.

• Properly store food items to prevent spoilage.

• Maintain efficient operations in the dining area, particularly during busy lunch and dinner periods.

• Simultaneously oversee food arrangement process while upholding standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness throughout shifts.

• Efficiently schedule an adequate number of workers to handle peak business hours.

• Ensure proper cleaning, food storage, and disassembly of steam tables and fryers at closing time.

• Monitor inventory reports and place orders when necessary.

• Prioritize the use of older food items to avoid surpassing expiration dates.

• Take timely initiatives to increase sales and profits.

• Promote efficient operations to enhance customer satisfaction and retention, thereby contributing to sales growth.

• Oversee sales ledger and payment record.

• Generate necessary reports for the Center management.

• Conduct all required health, safety, and fire checks within designated timeframes.

• Participate in in-house training to maintain personal knowledge and stay updated.

• Execute any other task as assigned by the higher management.

• After being permanent upon successful completion of probation period (six months), other benefits will be provided as per the organizational policy i.e. provident fund, gratuity, festival bonus, yearly increment, staff insurance (kormi Bima), medical allowance (Kormi Sohayota Tohobil) etc.
