Job Responsibilities:
∎ To provide support in FP&A function's budget clearance and monitoring process
∎ To support in preparation and co-ordinate of annual planning exercise of the University
∎ To prepare and report on quarterly financial performance & estimates along with insightful variance analysis both at the Department and University level
∎ To prepare School, Department & Centre wise performance and variance analysis with insightful commentaries, working closely with the Schools, Departments & Centers
∎ Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and financial models to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive decision-making
∎ Ensure proper maintenance of financial records and documentation in accordance with internal policies and accounting standards
∎ Implement effective cost control measures to optimize financial performance and resource allocation
∎ To support in any ad hoc analysis and reports as & when required
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years' experience in the similar position
∎ Advance user of MS Office applications
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Bangla and English
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
∎ Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information
∎ Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
∎ Integrity, ethical conduct, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of financial management and compliance
