∎ At least 5 year(s)

IT Enabled Service
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collecting, interpreting and reviewing financial information.
∎ Prepare Financial Reports & Forecast
∎ Reporting to management and stakeholders, and providing advice how the company and future business decisions might be impacted.
∎ Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.
∎ Developing long-term business plans based on these reports.
∎ Predicting future financial trends.
∎ Preparing, Reviewing, monitoring and managing budgets.
∎ Developing strategies that work to minimize financial risk.
∎ Analyzing market trends and competitors and look for expansion opportunities.
∎ Oversee Financial Details to ensure legal requirements are met.
∎ Supervise Employees who perform financial reporting & Budgeting.
∎ Prepare and provide consolidated financial reports as per requirement of Auditors (Internal & External both).
∎ Ensure all necessary Tax & Vat deduction from various sources & deposit with appropriate govt. authority within the time limit including Submission of VAT returns, reports and documentation.
∎ File company's annual tax return. Reconcile and organize company's tax legacy, litigation, claims, counter claims to fully update the corporate tax status of the company within a reasonable time by ensuring proper tax benefit plan & other tax compliance of the company.
∎ Maintain relationship with investor (Investor & Bank relationship management).
∎ Monitor cost management of all aspects of the company.
∎ Prepare reports for AGM, EGM and all other associated issues.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 50000 - 70000 (Monthly)
