Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Monitor cash flow, fund management, and working capital to ensure financial stability.
Support management in strategic financial planning and investment decisions.
Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
Implement internal control systems and ensure cost control across the organization.
Supervise and guide finance team members and ensure capacity building.
