Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA / MBA in Finance & Banking/ Accounting from reputed university with excellent Academic results.
∎ Only CACC or Partly Qualified CA or ICMA (Completed 1200 marks) can apply.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate with Schedule banks, NBFI's and Bangladesh Bank
∎ Prepare, collect and collate the loan and investments related documents
∎ Updating banking transactions regular basis with bank and intercompany accounts department
∎ Supervise the operation of Finance/Banking/Commercial functionalities of the Group.
∎ Monitor, supervise & guide the team members of finance & Banking and also commercial works.
∎ Prepare various official letters in English to the Bank for different mode of Finance and investment management purpose.
∎ Liaison with various parties like surveyors, legal teams, and other government office.
∎ Good knowledge about international banking and international trade, loan management and project financing.
∎ Update knowledge about BRPD circulars, DFIM circulars, Bangladesh Bank's Scheme, Refinance Scheme.
∎ Good knowledge about fund management.
∎ Any other activities assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ The candidate should have vast experience in Bank loan management and borrowing loan from local and global Bank and FDI.
∎ Skills in written & communication in English.
∎ Skills in MS word, Excel and Power point.
