Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance
∎ CA (CC)/CMA/ACCA (Level-iv) wil get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise and monitor day-to-day activities of financial activities.
∎ LC Monitoring and Fund Management.
∎ To keep liaison with foreign & local banks, insurance companies & government sectors.
∎ Monitoring Monthly salary preparation, Checking Documents & disbursement in time after management approval.
∎ Monitoring Tax & VAT-related issues to the Vendor & Govt. regulatory.
∎ Preparation and maintenance of all payments against local and foreign suppliers.
∎ Annual budget preparation, control & monitoring.
∎ Prepare monthly VAT & Tax return submission with government officials.
∎ Collect TDS challan and Mushak 12KHA from customers.
∎ Prepare & monitor all types of reconciliation such as Bank reconciliation, cash collection reconciliation, pay & card reconciliation.
∎ Dividend payments-related activity.
∎ Establish banking arrangements for the company with banks.
∎ Invoices processed and monitor for local vendor's payment.
∎ Checking RSC and visiting doctors' monthly salary payments.
∎ Follow up any mismatch between sales report and cheque amount through correspondence verbally or in writing.
∎ Prepare & monitoring all types of management & financial reporting.
∎ Overseeing hospital billing, receivable, payable, treasury fund.
∎ Reporting about the revenue generated through this business.
∎ Motivate teamwork & arrange training for the better service of the staff.
∎ Ensure alternative duty plans within the staff.
∎ Ad hoc basis reporting to the Management requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication skills with verbal, written & email.
∎ Excellent problem solving skill
∎ Proven ability to work independently and working together with other colleagues
∎ MS office, power point presentation and Advance level Excel knowledge
∎ Experience of working in a hospital based Accounting and finance Service environment would be an additional advantage.
∎ Experience of any Tax and VAT related working area training would be additional values for this position.
∎ People handling capacity minimum (10-15) persons.
