Educational Requirements:
∎ Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from any of the Big four Accounting Firms (EY, KPMG, Delloite, PwC) or renowned chartered accountancy firm in Bangladesh).
∎ Hold a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting/Business studies/Finance & Banking /Management)
∎ An Accountant should also have the following personal skills and experience:

Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), multinational company
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for optimizing the financial performance of the company including its reporting, liquidity and Return on Investment;
∎ Provide insightful information to the management for investment and financial decision making to understand where the company is generating or losing revenue and proposing to maintain or increase profitability of the company;
∎ Management accounting, Data analysis by brand, by area, by distributor channel
∎ Ensure overall financial and budgetary discipline in the organization;
∎ Formulating and recommending long-term business and financial planning;
∎ Responsible to plan and implement proper accounting strategies in accordance with accounting standards (IAS & IFRS) and other regulatory frameworks;
∎ Ensure regulatory compliance such as VAT, TAX, RJSC, Bangladesh Bank, etc. in the organization
∎ Oversee daily operations of finance and accounts department including but not limited to keeping records of revenues, expenses, fund, general ledger, payable/receivable, etc.
∎ Analyzing reports to check the company’s financial health, and explaining the key findings to management with proposal to maintain financial health of the company.
∎ Ensure monthly, periodic, and year-end financial statements and management accounts of the company.
∎ Liaise with banks, financial institutions, regulatory authority (VAT, TAX, CUSTOMS, BIDA, RJSC etc.) for smooth business operations.
∎ Ensure Company's Banking operations safe, properly executed, monitored, and reconciled;
∎ Ensure transparency in costing related matters to identify the real profit and improve processes;
∎ Establishing and developing good relationships with senior management and external partners and stakeholders.
∎ Monitoring the effectiveness of the company’s accounting software.
∎ Maximize enthusiasm and a friendly work environment in the organization.
∎ Any other business assigned by the management of the company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and accounting software.
∎ Experience to be audited by any of Big Four Accounting Firms (EY, KPMG, Delloite, PwC).
∎ Excellent English communication skills – both spoken and written.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with other members of the company.
∎ Experience in submitting consolidated financial statement documents to foreign company
∎ Minimum 3 years’ experience in managerial capacity.
