Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting, Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Training/Trade Course: CA (CC)ICMA Professional level
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Development Agency, NGO
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the overall finance, administration and human resource of the organization;
∎ Maintain collaboration with member organization, donor, government and other stakeholders
∎ Provide admin support to the program team
∎ Contribute to develop/update policies for organization
∎ Financial Management and Report Preparation
∎ Review all bills and vouchers and monitor the expenditure against the approved budget
∎ Procurement, Internal and External audit Management
∎ Ensure donor reporting within the timeframe
∎ Ensure all kind of logistics support to organize of training, workshop, seminar, round table discussion and day observance
∎ Contribute to project proposal preparation and budgeting
∎ Organize meeting, seminar, workshop, executive committee meeting and annual general meeting
∎ Effective and proper documentation and record keeping
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Leadership skill in team management
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skill both Bangla and English
∎ Advance computer skill in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
∎ Capacity to work in team and also work independently;
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 35000 (Monthly)

Launched in 1997, NIRAPAD is an open coalition and established by CARE Bangladesh along with its disaster management partner NGOs. All 23 members under the coalition have been working in the high risk areas of Bangladesh since long to reduce the risk of disaster on livelihood security of vulnerable household. Now, NIRAPAD is going with its` own capacity and partner organizations` maintain.
