Educational Requirements:
∎ Master in Accounting/Finance from a reputed University.
∎ CMA partly qualified (Minimum 800 Marks Completed).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should be experienced, energetic, dynamic, and aspiring candidates who would join our team and meaningfully contribute to the efforts to reach the organization's goal.
∎ Supervising & checking bills, voucher, ledger, general ledger, fixed assets, receivable, payable and general accounting function.
∎ Checking of existing internal controls in various operational areas.
∎ Checking of various compliance issues as set up by internal and external authorities.
∎ Checking production process, production information.
∎ Implementation of new procedures.
∎ Exit meeting with process owners as planned at the initial stage of the audit.
∎ Assist in any special inspections, investigations, examinations, or reviews on frauds, suspect cases, or irregularities requested by the senior management.
∎ Produce periodic financial statements according to IAS, IFRS, Company Act, Company Policy, Tax & VAT regulation.
∎ Maintaining and preparing fund management, financial planning, budget preparation with variance analysis, treasury management, investment management etc.
∎ Implementing cost accounting standards for cost identification, cost classification, cost estimation and cost allocation.
∎ Preparing Product Costing, Pricing and order wise post costing and profit or loss for each SBU.
∎ Inventory Management and reporting.
∎ Team management, supervising and controlling all related works of Accounts and Finance Department.
∎ Submit weekly and monthly cash and bank reconciliation statement and take corrective action of any pending reconciling item.
∎ Ensure compliance of tax rules, the Tax returns are submitted on time and assessments processes are complete / updated.
∎ To ensure payment to all stake holders made with proper authorized documents with due compliance with all regulatory requirements including withholding TAX/ VAT.
∎ Dealing with tax authority and ensure full compliance with relevant laws and regulation.
∎ Preparing tax supporting documents which will be submitted to tax authority.
∎ Prepare tax return for the company/individual.
∎ Opening LC, Monitoring LC activities and preparing order wise/LC wise cost analysis.
∎ Presenting the report to line manager/ management.
∎ Any other assignment required by line manager/management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Minimum 5 years in Internal Audit/Accounts/Finance/Costing in Manufacturing Industry.
