Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage Finance and Accounts Department.
∎ Ensure on time and appropriate record keeping of all transactions
∎ Check & verify all transactions before entry in the ledger; check money receipt, bill, voucher etc.
∎ Operate and maintain computerized accounting system
∎ Co-operate with both external and Internal Audit team
∎ Ensure timely clearance of all Tax and VAT payments
∎ Advise and report all relevant matters to Managing Director
∎ Make timely and correct book keeping entries in the respective ledgers
∎ Prepare daily balance, approve requisition summary and disbursement note
∎ Maintain cash book to keep records of day to day expenditures and close cash books on daily basis
∎ Prepare financial statements and other financial reports like accounting ledger, trial balance, project summary, receipt and payment statement, balance sheet, income statement and related accounting statements & reports
∎ Prepare payment schedule for contractors, suppliers and vendors judiciously as per contract and practice
∎ Perform any other relevant activity as assigned by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Knowledge to operate and maintain computerized accounting system
∎ Practical knowledge of MS Office
∎ Capability to work independently under pressure
∎ Energy, Adaptability, creativity, sincerity and honesty
Salary: Negotiable
