∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement financial policies and procedures that ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and promote operational efficiency.
∎ Manage the annual budgeting and forecasting process, including the preparation of financial reports and analysis to support decision-making.
∎ Monitor financial performance against budget and forecast, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
∎ Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for senior management and the board of directors.
∎ Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with local tax laws.
∎ Manage the organization's cash flow and treasury operations, including banking relationships and cash management.
∎ Manage the accounting function, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
∎ Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies and procedures.
∎ Liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities as necessary
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles.
∎ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
∎ Advanced proficiency in Quick Books and MS Excel.
∎ Part qualified Professional accountant is a plus.
∎ 7+ years of experience in financial management roles.
∎ Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles.
∎ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
∎ Advanced proficiency in Quick Books and MS Excel.
