Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall management of the Microfinance Program of NRDS under the guidance of the Executive Director.
∎ Provide strategic guidance, leadership, and technical oversight to achieve organizational goals and defined results.
∎ Develop program plans, expansion strategies, set targets, mobilize resources, monitor performance, and prepare reports.
∎ Regularly conduct field visits to supervise and ensure the quality of NRDS program implementation.
∎ Effectively administer, implement, monitor, follow-up, and supervise all staff and activities of the NRDS Microfinance Program.
∎ Manage and handle the identification, measurement, control, and monitoring of risks associated with microfinance programs.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
∎ Guide and lead the team towards a strong performance-oriented approach with abilities to analyze reports and provide insights.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 45 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 12 years of experience in microfinance program operation and management.
∎ At least 5 years of practical experience in a senior position (MFI) or as a Deputy Head of the Program.
∎ Strong supervision and staff management capacity for Head Office and Field Offices.
∎ Excellent communication skills in both English and Bangla.
∎ Clear understanding of digital financial services (DFS).
∎ Market analysis and research capacity.
∎ Ability to conduct training, meetings, seminars, and workshops.
∎ Coordination, communication, and networking skills with different stakeholders.
∎ Capability to provide supportive supervisory services as a mentor, coach, and guide.
∎ Proficiency in developing monitoring tools and techniques.
∎ Although the position is Noakhali-based, the selected candidate must be prepared to undertake field visits as and when necessary.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 65000 - 75000 (Monthly)
∎ Negotiable
