- Age At least 25 years
- Strong sourcing network with mills/vendors in Bangladesh to develop and source fabrics locally.
- Knowledge about fabric sourcing from China & India will be an added advantage.
- Good technical knowledge of woven, knit & denim fabrics
- Understanding of fabric construction, GSM, composition, washes & finishes, dyeing and printing processes,
- Knowledge of fabric testing standards and quality parameters
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Ability to independently manage developments and sourcing activities
- Experience working with international buyers/brands is required.
- Experience of working in Trading company is an added advantage.
