Job Responsibilities:
∎ Applicant must be managing all accounting transactions.
∎ Applicant must be check daily expenditures, vouchers, requisition and daily transaction.
∎ Applicant must be maintaining all account books/registers/ledgers etc.
∎ Entry all kinds of accounting adjustment transaction in ERP Software.
∎ Applicant must be prepared monthly reports, schedules, payments and receipts.
∎ Maintain, update and monitor inventory records.
∎ Send timely sales reports to upper management.
∎ Responsible to look after the banking, export and import related documents.
∎ Any other task assign by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skills & Knowledge:
∎ Must have knowledge of bookstore retail operating principles, cashiering, budgeting, management principles, inventory, and accounting.
∎ Should be effective planners and problem solvers, neat and well-organized, friendly and approachable.
∎ Should also have the ability in writing reports and correspondences.
∎ Have strong skills to work with a diverse group of people.
∎ Should excellent oral communication skills in Bangla and English.
∎ Have the ability to perform consistently, even under pressure.
∎ Advanced computer skills on MS Office, MS Excel, accounting software and databases.
