Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan, organize, and execute various events, including conferences, weddings, and corporate gatherings
∎ Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives, preferences, and requirements
∎ Coordinate with vendors, such as caterers, decorators, and audiovisual teams
∎ Create and manage detailed event timelines, ensuring all elements are executed smoothly
∎ Oversee event setup, breakdown, and logistics to ensure a flawless experience
∎ Manage event budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness
∎ Handle client inquiries, changes, and concerns throughout the planning process and during events
∎ Provide leadership and direction to event staff, including coordinators and support personnel
∎ Stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and best practices in event management
∎ Conduct post-event evaluations, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement
