∎ American International University Bangladesh,North South University,BRAC University,University of Dhaka,University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh students will get preference
∎ Training/Trade Course: Graphics,Animation,Digital Marketing
∎ Skills Required: Art Direction,Media Planning/ Media Buying,Films Department (Audio Visual/ Cameraman),Activation Management,Creative,Agency Production,Event/ Campaign Coordination

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Graphic Designer, Art Direction, Creative (Creative Director/ Manager), Media Planning/ Media Buying, Agency Producer, Event/ Campaign Co-ordinator
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Event Management, Advertising Ageny, Trading or Export/Import

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Event, Media or Communication professionals with relevant experience in managing large client relationships at B2B and B2C both
∎ Liaise with third party agents or agencies and team members and marketing team to ensure smooth event execution
∎ Strong communication skills Must have exposure of working with technology to deliver solutions to clients.
∎ Visit all over Bangladesh for organize event at different district and arrange SEMINAR,CONFERENCE,TRAINING PROGRAMS
∎ To deliver o flawless experience to our Clients by managing their entire- event & BTL- cycle to assist in- event-quality, client growth and retention
∎ Work closely with the operations and marketing team to deliver the projects across the country To manage and build client relationships
∎ Events & BTL ,ATL marketing to ensure everything related to an event is token care of, from idea conception to programming and day-of logistics & is charged with creating new experiences and bringing visions to life as per organization goals
∎ Make strategic plan will lead in the development of events and activation plan that are ambitious and creative to maximize the client interest with a focus on project objective, and in line with our company success
∎ Communicating with external parties through mail and other platforms
∎ Maintain current digital contents and promotional materials. Update and restructure contents as required
∎ Ensure the content is appropriately structured to meet the objectives of online platform
∎ Creation, development, and editing of original content for activities related to Digital Marketing using adobe photoshop, illustrator, after effect, premier pro and cinema 4D,vedio documentary
∎ Conceptualize, visualize, create & design all kinds of logo, name, logo type, posters, banners, leaflets, brochures, dangler, cut-out, stickers and all sorts of promotional Generate innovative idea for creative design
∎ Create video clips and animations, animated presentations, slide shows and update motion graphic content as per requirement
∎ Monitor and provide necessary help to create design or dummy design for special program (calendar diary, artwork, magazine ad, festoon, banner etc.)
∎ Grow the social media (ex: facebook followers, youtube subscribers) communities of each platform.
∎ Proper management of archive document and digital contents
∎ Manage efforts in building online reviews and reputation. Monitor online reviews/queries and respond to each review/query

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Manager will work other projects of Arista Group as well
∎ Manage the team and handling stress
∎ Conduct research for better understand the market situation
∎ Making a good liaison with different stakeholders and different media
∎ Collect different data base for different association

Salary: Negotiable
