  • Experience in managing computerized embroidery machines (Tajima) will be preferred.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • 100 % Honest in all aspect.

  • Plan, organize, and manage all embroidery production activities to ensure smooth operation and timely shipment.

  • Supervise daily embroidery floor operations, including machine setup, production scheduling, and manpower allocation.

  • Ensure embroidery quality standards as per buyer’s specifications and maintain consistency in production.

  • Coordinate with merchandising, production planning, and quality assurance teams to meet order delivery timelines.

  • Monitor machine efficiency, productivity, and maintenance to minimize downtime and reduce wastage.

  • Develop and implement process improvements for better efficiency, quality, and cost control.

  • Ensure proper utilization of raw materials, threads, and consumables to minimize production costs.

  • Provide technical guidance for new embroidery designs, sample developments, and special stitching techniques.

  • Maintain effective communication with buyers and internal teams for embroidery approvals and troubleshooting.

  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental standards on the embroidery floor.

  • Train and develop embroidery operators and supervisors to enhance their technical skills and performance.

  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly embroidery production reports for management review.

  • Any other assignment given by the management time to time.
