• Ability to perform effectively under pressure in dynamic and high-demand environments like poultry farms, hatcheries, and feed mills.

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to manage multiple sites/operations.

• Good communication and team management skills.

We are looking for a highly skilled and dynamic professional to join our team as Manager – Electrical Maintenance. This is a Department Head role, responsible for leading the electrical maintenance team and ensuring smooth operations across our agro-based businesses, including poultry farms, hatcheries, and feed mills.

• Lead and manage the Electrical Maintenance Department effectively.

• Plan, organize, and supervise all electrical maintenance activities across multiple operations.

• Manage and guide a team of engineers, supervisors, and technicians.

• Coordinate with other departments to support farm, feed, and hatchery operations.

• Maintain compliance with safety standards and company policies.
