Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduates with special technical certification on elastic production engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the elastic project operations
∎ Ensure large volume of garment accessories by manufacturing Jacquard elastic
∎ Design and follow up total production flow by and balancing the production lines to ensure optimum capacity utilization
∎ Lead overall production plan in line with timely shipment requirement of customers ensuring delivery of right quality
∎ Develop strategy for production plan & achieving target of production for accessories items
∎ Set Plan to minimize wastage and loss in all operating areas
∎ Keep track of monthly requirement of raw material, packing materials
∎ Ensure maximum capacity utilization of machinery of all sections, good housekeeping & proper utilization of manpower
∎ Ensure strong communication between teams to facilitate exchange of information to implement change and improvements
∎ Any other jobs assigned by the reporting authority from time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Have to be good motivator and leadership over the production team.
∎ Candidate must have work experience in any export oriented Elastic Mills
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic and have good personality.
∎ In depth knowledge on Elastic production, marketing etc.
∎ Must be target oriented & Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Effective communication skills & strong negotiation skill.
