Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drive sales performance of the e-commerce platforms
∎ Manage and execute all promotional campaigns
∎ Develop and implement e-commerce strategies in order to improve website performance
∎ Work closely with developers to continuously improve website performance
∎ Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
∎ Provide insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps
∎ Ensure excellent customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues, comments/feedback
∎ Manage and on-board partners to increase sales and business efficiency
∎ Develop annual e-commerce operations plan, outlining objectives, strategies, budgets and timelines

Additional Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA from any reputed university
∎ Strong communication skills
∎ Demonstrable track record of devising sales-enhancing strategies.
∎ Experience developing and overseeing digital marketing strategies
∎ Technical experience with e-commerce platforms
