• Bachelor’s / Master’s in Textile Engineering, Textile Chemistry, or a relevant discipline from a reputed institution.

• Experienced in textile dyeing, preferably with 3–5 years in a managerial role.

• Professional certifications/training in dyeing, color management, sustainability, or chemical management will be an added advantage.

• Working knowledge of ZDHC, OEKO-TEX, GOTS, ISO, chemical management, and sustainability requirements will be highly valued.

• Experienced with international brands/buyers and export-oriented manufacturing environments will be an advantage.

• Lead and oversee end-to-end dyeing production operations to achieve production, quality, and delivery targets.

• Develop and execute production plans in coordination with PPC, Dyeing Lab, Quality, Finishing, Maintenance, and Merchandising teams.

• Ensure consistent shade matching, color accuracy, RFT performance, and bulk production quality.

• Monitor and optimize machine utilization, productivity, manpower, dyes & chemical consumption, water, steam, and energy usage.

• Minimize reprocessing, rejection, wastage, and production losses through effective process control and troubleshooting.

• Ensure proper implementation of dyeing recipes, SOPs, process parameters, and quality standards.

• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions for dyeing-related quality issues.

• Drive continuous improvement, productivity enhancement, cost reduction, and operational excellence initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, internal standards, environmental regulations, and relevant international certifications.

• Lead, motivate, and develop the dyeing team to build a high-performance culture.

• Monitor departmental KPIs and prepare regular management reports for operational performance.

• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, environmental, chemical management, and sustainability standards.
