Job Responsibilities:
∎ Performing price surveys, analyzing and preparing comparison statements based on raw data from market surveys.
∎ Cost estimation report of Apartment or Land prices in reference to surrounding environment.
∎ In reference to the collected information mentioned above, creating data analysis reports that directly impact the decision making of the top management.
∎ Regularly evaluating flats prices according to current market condition, after conducting competitor and customer insights analysis.
∎ Making a standard price for the segmentation of product wise, area based, USP based.

∎ Age 30 to 35 years
