Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare a contingency plan to prevent and cope with credit risk and other related operational risks to ensure good quality loan portfolios.
∎ Develop and implement an effective and efficient credit approval process that properly addresses client character, capacity.
∎ Recover overdue from case dealers
∎ Ensure reinforcement activities like (sending reminder letter to default customers, phone call monitoring.)
∎ Reinforce against overdue customers and ensure the legal procedures for recovery against most problematic customers.
∎ Work with operations and marketing team & sales team to analyze competitive environment.
∎ Monitor & visit credit customer's regular basis.
∎ Undertake detail analysis & write reports on existing customers with an objective to make effective decisions on renewal/ extensions or withdrawals of credit facilities.
∎ Any other task assign by the Management.
