- Candidate need to have vast knowledge in Fashion Design & Graphic Design in knit garments industry with Managerial role
Responsibilities & Context:
- Design & Innovation
- Conduct market and trend research to develop seasonal design concepts.
- Oversee the creation of mood boards, color palettes, and design themes.
- Guide the development of new designs aligned with buyer expectations and market trends.
- Approve artwork, colorways, fabrics, trims, and overall aesthetics of samples.
- Lead the development process from initial concept to final sample.
- Coordinate with fabric sourcing, merchandising, and technical teams to ensure feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure timely sample development, fitting, and revisions.
- Analyze buyer tech packs and ensure precise interpretation.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of designers, developers, and sample coordinators.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and evaluate performance.
- Provide training to enhance creative and technical capabilities.
