Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure proper maintain and entire activities of YARN & GREY FABRIC store such as safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch.
∎ Assist to supervise the daily receiving, issuing documents of order booking and requirements including Day-to-Day Stores Function as per the SOP
∎ Control & maintain all grey fabrics & Yarn stores with effectively and well-coordinated.
∎ Lead, support and manage the entire knitting stores activities both bulk & sample.
∎ Ensure timely receive, issue, QA check, GRN and storing goods with bin management.
∎ Ensure good housekeeping with H&S including 5’S maintain and buyer compliance.
∎ Maintain daily GR & GI both physically & ERP records.
∎ Maintain and keep all fabrics & yarn as per buyer/style/order/batch & color code and report regular basis to HOD.
∎ Ensure on time delivery for all grey to dyeing & sub-contract parties maintaining FIFO method.
∎ Daily cycle counting plan prepare to cover quarterly full cycle done.
∎ HY & FY stock accuracy must be 98 % ensure.
∎ Month closing reports provide to management as per schedule.
∎ Regular follow up the activities of all staffs and loaders with optimum level utilization.
∎ Slow moving, rejected, dead yarn & grey fabrics storing with keeping records & documents.
∎ Keep proper records for all yarn delivery to production & out-side sub-contract factories.
∎ Any other jobs as assigned by management time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 8 years of relevant experience out of which 1-2 years in similar position from any large Knit-Garments Industry.
∎ Female candidates are highly encouraged to apply
∎ Team player, independent, positive attitude and result oriented.
∎ Strong reporting skills maintaining software database such as Oracle, SAP, etc.
∎ Excellent communication in both written and speaking in English
∎ Willing to stay beside factory at own accord
