Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/MBA in Marketing from a reputed University/Institute [preferably with science background up to HSC level];

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Highly knowledgeable in Skin, Laser, and Cosmetic products/services;
∎ Achieve sales target to ensure profitably of the center;
∎ Identify key customers and extend personalized service to them;
∎ Plan & Implement all Promotional & Communication activities, including development of communication materials, literatures, promo materials etc;
∎ Conduct Public Relation activities, health awareness talks, Seminar, Workshop & CMEs.
∎ Monitor and analyze and submit all marketing and sales reports;
∎ Ensure proper branding & loyalty through customer satisfaction;
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by Top Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in aesthetic Skin/Dermatology Center;
∎ Strong Communication skills in English and Bengali (verbal and written);
∎ Computer literacy and online communication ability.
