∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Sales Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Sales Marketing, Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering
∎ Basic knowledge of Auto CAD, Steel Building Design, BOQ & Microsoft Office
∎ Skills Required: Sales & Marketing

∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Prefabricated Steel Buildings
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Develop and implement strategic marketing & sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate/ Factory/ Industry for Pre-Fabricated Steel Building.
∎ Creating and enhancing long-term business relationships with clients to maximize business growth and opportunities.
∎ Client hunt and creating marketing opportunity.
∎ Handle client's inquiries and complaints.
∎ Work closely with all related team to ensure customer and suppliers satisfactorily.
∎ Gathering market and customer information.
∎ Continuously search for new marketing opportunities.
∎ Good interpersonal skill, energetic and able to work under pressure.
∎ Prepare daily/weekly / monthly reporting for top management.
∎ Forecast new business and prepare Annual Marketing Plans.
∎ Develop and maintain the relationship with other departments (HR & Admin, Financial, Operational, and Development.)
∎ Make recommendations to the management for any improvement of the customer care.
∎ Achieving the monthly sales and collection target.
∎ Make routine visits to the potential clients.
∎ Responsible for after sales official formalities such as preparation of payment schedule, deed of agreement, handover etc.
∎ Execute decisions made by the management.
∎ Responsible for all kinds of documentation process with the customers.
∎ Provide the report on target performance & justification for shortfalls.
∎ Team motivation, Presentable, well groomed and able to communicate with adequate confidence.
∎ Team building & provide enough support for all kind of sales activates.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have strong leadership capability and team building efficiency.
∎ Must have excellent knowledge regarding Pre-Fabricated Steel Building.
∎ Proper Knowledge on Marketing & Sales for Steel Building Company.
∎ Proper Knowledge of Civil and Architectural Drawing & Design for Construction works so that he/she can explain it to customers.
∎ Must have good leadership skill to motivate client.
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Must have literacy in computer, email and software use.
∎ Knowledge about steel structure will be highly preferable.
∎ Hardworking, proactive, self-motivated.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and maintaining deadlines.
∎ Well organized and a good team player.
∎ Experience in costing, estimate & pricing of steel structure will be an added advantage
Salary: Negotiable
