Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must understand our company's service proposition and create an overall marketing strategy targeting the desired customer base.
∎ Lead the sales team to achieve the team goal.
∎ Achieve company's goal through direct & indirect marketing. And also prepare the marketing tools.
∎ Create a strong client base relationship for potential opportunities.
∎ Meeting with prospective clients and promote about products.
∎ Received and customers complaints and ensure service delivery.
∎ Identify new market opportunities and ensure the effective development of sales and Marketing.
∎ Will take full responsibility of marketing for this new company.
∎ Prepare statistical data about the business position of this industry.
∎ Should be able to write reports and proposals.
∎ It is essential for marketing designers to know a variety of computer software programs. The computer software programs include Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft PowerPoint.
∎ Should have adequate knowledge on computer including, MS office, Web Designing, Official Email Writing, Photoshop.
∎ Analyze The Market, prepare the strategy and action plan and achieve goals.
∎ Develop and implement strategies/plans to push products in hyper-competitive industries.
∎ Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
∎ Assist to develop marketing communication tools to promote our products, services and marketing plan.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years

∎ Highly motivated, self-directed & possessing a driven personality capable of working within deadlines.
∎ Must have a team lead capacity with practical experience.
∎ Well-developed interpersonal skills are necessary; excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bengali & English.
∎ He has to have the experience software marketing.
∎ Ability to think strategically.
∎ He has to achieve a sales target per year.
∎ HAVE proven sales experience in RMG & Govt. sector.
