Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum BFA / MFA degree in Fine Art’s faculty from any top class local university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create rich, responsive, up-to-date User Interfaces for web, desktop and mobile applications based on business needs.
∎ Designing logo, brochure, web banner, newspaper ad, social media poster, digital drawing etc.
∎ Should have good expertise of freehand digital sketching.
∎ Should have depth knowledge of 2D and 3D animation.
∎ Should have depth knowledge of commercial video editing applications.
∎ Basic knowledge of cinematography.
∎ Should have knowledge of Adobe products including Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro etc. or alternates.
∎ Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images optimization, resizing and compressing.
∎ Collaborate with Project Manager and Development team to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience.
∎ Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
∎ Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.
∎ Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Highly motivated, self-directed & possessing a driven personality capable of working within deadlines.
∎ Must have a team lead capacity with practical experience.
∎ Well-developed interpersonal skills are necessary; excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bengali & English.
∎ Proven UX designing experience with a strong portfolio.
∎ Familiar with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery and web animation.
∎ PSD to HTML conversion.
∎ Proficiency in either any of the commercial video editing applications such as DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro etc.
∎ Applicants should provide a link to their online portfolio when applying.
∎ Familiarity with mockups.
∎ Excellent visual design skills, focusing on clean, modern design.
∎ Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
∎ Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
