Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Hon’s / Masters degree in any discipline from any top-class local university.
∎ Candidate having BBA / MBA degree from any top-class local university will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Creative Sales Research based Marketing.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must understand our company's service proposition and create an overall marketing strategy targeting the desired customer base.
∎ Prepare regular marketing plan, e-marketing plan, social media marketing plan & door step marketing plan.
∎ Create a strong client base relationship for potential opportunities
∎ Identify new market opportunities and ensure the effective development of sales and Marketing.
∎ Prepare statistical data and conduct field customer survey with the team.
∎ Should be able to write reports and business proposals.
∎ Should have strong knowledge on computer including, MS office, Web Designing, Official Email Writing, Photoshop & digital marketing platform
∎ Analyze the Market, prepare the strategy and action plan and achieve goals.
∎ Prepare Research & Development Marketing strategy.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Highly motivated, self-directed & possessing a driven personality capable of working within deadlines.
∎ Must have a team lead capacity with practical experience.
∎ Well-developed interpersonal skills are necessary; excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bengali & English.
∎ He has to have the experience in digital marketing and marketing survey.
∎ Ability to think strategically & creatively.
∎ Strong knowledge about SEO (Search Engine Optimization), different social media (i.e. Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Imo etc.)
∎ The people who are strongly active in digital marketing, e-commerce platform & social media marketing will get preference.
