Experience:

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance & Banking
• Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
• Master of Commerce (MCom) in Finance & Banking

• MBA or M. Com in Accounting, Finance & Banking from any reputed University having Course Completed (CC) from any reputed CA Firm.

• Partly Qualified (Certificate Level Completed) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) shall be preferred for the post.

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, Textile, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Poultry

• Age 35 to 45 years
• Only Male

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in Knit Garments Factory or Dyeing Factory.

• 2 to 3 year(s) Experience in big industrial unit.

• Course Completed experience of the CA students shall not be considered as job experience.

• Must have knowledge in computer application particularly in MS-Excel, MS-Word, MS-Power Point.

• Must have knowledge in ERP/Tally software.

• Should have competency in computer-based accounting system, reporting and quantitative analytical ability.

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) both in English and Bengali.

Job Location: Factory at Gazipur.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and Supervise entire Garments, Dyeing, Printing & Washing Mill’s internal audit activities and report to management.

• Ability to prepare internal audit plan and execution of the same in the particular assignment;

• Ability to apply appropriate audit techniques in the circumstances for the betterment of the company;

• Contribution to the design & development of the internal audit tools and techniques for the greater benefit of the company;

• Vouching and verification of all kinds of bill/voucher for ensuring the accuracy of the financial transactions as well as their proper entry into books of accounts;

• Assessment of internal control system of the organization and report to the management where control weakness is laying;

• Routine visits to production process and other departments for ensuring the accounting, inventory as well as production management activities and report to the management where improvement is required;

• Physical verification of inventory and fixed assets of the company on a timely manner and report to the management & head office accounts department;

• Physical market verification to ensure market price of the local purchase items where required and any significant deviation must be reported to the management;

• Preparation of audit report on the assignment based on sufficient and appropriate audit evidences;

• Proper documentation of audit evidences;

• Review financial statements of the company and report to the management thereon;

• Follow up of the budgetary control for running the business in a smooth and cost-effective manner;

• Monitoring and supervision of factory salary disbursement;

• Variance analysis of the revenue budget and point out where significant deviations observed;

• Any other tasks as may be assigned by the company management from time to time for the sake of the company or the group as a whole.
