∎ Experience in client dealing and handling receivables is essential.
∎ Proficiency in Tally ERP is a must.
∎ Strong analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
∎ High level of integrity, professionalism, and leadership.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collect due payments/instalments from clients as per schedule.
∎ Issue and maintain proper documentation of money receipts against each collection.
∎ Ensure accurate entry of collection data into the accounting or Tally software system.
∎ Maintain regular follow-up with clients regarding due payments.
∎ Handle clients queries professionally related to payments and accounts.
∎ Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage timely payments.
∎ Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports to the management.
∎ Work in coordination with Accounts and Sales departments.
∎ Ensure confidentiality and integrity in handling client financial information.
∎ Assist in resolving any client disputes related to payments.
∎ North South Group, a leading real estate company in Bangladesh, is looking for a proactive, responsible, and experienced professional for the position of Manager/ Deputy Manager – Credit Realization. The ideal candidate must have in-depth knowledge of real estate accounting, hands-on experience with Tally Software, and strong leadership capabilities. The selected candidate will be primarily responsible for collecting payments from clients, issuing official money receipts, and maintaining effective communication to ensure timely and accurate payment collections.
