Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for certifying all new credit customers by verifying their creditworthiness and maintaining comprehensive credit supply records.
∎ Conduct physical inspections of credit customers' establishments, verify references, and review bank records associated with credit applications, as required.
∎ Oversee the entire process of issuing balance confirmation letters and compile balance confirmation feedback reports.
∎ Calculate interest on security deposits and ensure proper accounting treatment.
∎ Prepare monthly reports detailing customer-wise aging, debtor movement, and customer status.
∎ Perform reconciliation of trade debtors.
∎ Coordinate with senior business team members to mitigate risks.
∎ Generate customized credit reports to expedite realization.
∎ Manage the entire process of issuing advice and adjustments.
∎ Conduct periodic field visits as assigned by the supervisor and prepare comprehensive reports to minimize inconsistencies.
