Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduation from any reputed university with the major of Accounts/Finance/Business studies.
∎ Skills Required: Accounts and audit, Analytical Skill, Financial Reporting, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax), Team Leading
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Finance/ Accounts, Initial Public Offer (IPO)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drafting prospectus as per BSEC public issue rules 2015.
∎ All IPO queries in DSE, CSE, BSEC
∎ Maintain liaison with bidder and eligible investor.
∎ Communicate with underwriter, Issue manager, Banker it issues, registrar to the issue.
∎ Maintain Sales Management department accounts and collecting bank certificate for paid up capital.
∎ Collect and maintain collaborative investment from JV, AIF, FSI.
∎ Preparation of statement of use of proceeds / utilization report.
∎ Preparation of director's report to shareholder.
∎ Other related jobs / process / duties as per BSEC and management
∎ Sound knowledge on various laws and regulations like Companies Act, Bank Companies Act, IPO issue rules, Law of Contract, Bangladesh Bank Guidelines and BSCE Notifications, Tax and VAT SRO, etc.
∎ Ensure compliance of Corporate Governance according to the BSEC Notification.
∎ Other related jobs / process / duties as per BSEC and management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Applicants must have experience in IPO related works
∎ Vast knowledge in MS Office; specially Excel and PowerPoint
∎ Problem solving abilities.
∎ Ability to Work Under Pressure.
