Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor / Master's in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Accountable for Embroidery Production, development, Control & combination.
∎ Coordinate with the Merchandising, knitting and Garments production team about fabric booking, fabric required schedule and production plan.
∎ Set expectations for the Embroidery Department.
∎ Verify monthly budget for accuracy; analyze monthly budget and adjusting as necessary: Investigate discrepancies and re-class entries accordingly. Bear responsibility and accountability for meeting departmental budget goals.
∎ Enforce company attendance policies; keep accurate records of each individual's attendance / tardy records.
∎ Carry out assigned responsibilities for developing, directing and coordinating material planning activities for executing the production process.
∎ Assist Production in all fabric & other operational related matters.
∎ Encourage safety procedures by using equipment and materials properly and report potentially unsafe conditions; oversee departmental adherence to these procedures.
∎ Responsible for training and performance of department personnel.
∎ Conduct employee performance review process.

∎ Must be experience in MS office & Embroidery design development tools.
∎ Strong communication and presentation skill.
∎ Able to work independently with tight deadline and deal with work procedure.
∎ Must have problem solving and analytical skill.
