Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 100 % Honest in all aspect.
∎ To initiate the decision making regarding procurement of industrial raw materials, chemicals, machinery including spares, etc by comparing prices, costing, shipment schedule, registration, product quality of existing and new suppliers.
∎ Selection of bank for L/C opening including comparing the commission and charges of different banks with L/C credit limit position, application and also make necessary amendment (if necessary) of L/C in order to get an effective L/C.
∎ Pre-shipment inspection including contract and collect CRF certificates from PSI Company with required documents.
∎ Contact with other shipping line, suppliers, and indenters to know vessel position.
∎ Hand over the shipping document, L/C and related documents and monitor the status of custom assessment, Port & Agent charge for clearing the merchandise.
∎ Checking and finalization of submitted demand of C & F Agent for Duties, Taxes, Port Charges, Agent Charges and other payments.
∎ Regular contact with factory personnel for checking stock position and quality of newly received raw materials, chemicals, machinery spares, etc. If found any defects or loss of imported goods then claim from the concerned party for settlement of the incurred loss.
∎ Must have practical experience to prepare and process UP from Customs Bond.
∎ To maintain in-bond and ex-bond register with custom.
∎ Prepare yearly import and export customs statement for Bond audit.
∎ Maintain proper liaison with Customs, VAT, Bond.
∎ Applicant should have adequate knowledge on HS code, customs act and bond formalities.
∎ Update in-bond, ex-bond in bond register on a regular basis.
∎ Bond license renewal.
∎ General Bond Renewal.
∎ Contact with unit's executives, Government Bodies, Banks for collection of transaction's supporting, evidence's of vouchers, SROs, circulars and policies in order to follow up imposed rules & law. Assist to settle the quarries, demand and renewal of import related licenses & certificates.
∎ Finalization of all C & F Agent's Bill, Insurance Premium Bill and maintain record of L/C files and costing.
∎ Monitor exportation pricing, Pro-forma Invoice, Collection and scrutiny of export L/C and necessary export documents as per L/C terms and follow up the status until settlement.
∎ Any other assignment given by the authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Good knowledge in Banking activities, customs rules & regulations related to import and export.
∎ Should have comprehensive knowledge on Shipping documents related to import and export.
∎ Vast knowledge on import procedure, Vat & Tax, Supply Chain Management.
