Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Maintain individual clients visit and relation. Remind and follow up his/her payment from time to time.
∎ • Maintain the client File & up to date.
∎ • Collect all documents and information provided by the client.
∎ • Regular follow up with overdue customers and ensure centralized letter sending to overdue customers.
∎ • Monitoring & visit Distributor point regularly for Auditing Purpose and enhance collection process.
∎ • Monitor activities as a significant member of CSD Department, collecting monthly installments of Flat Owner.
∎ • Make physical visit to all prospective and existing customers for any new proposal.
∎ • Maintain Client Relationship.
∎ • Develop and implement an effective strategy to improve the installment, collections from irregular clients through phone calls, visits and e-mails.
∎ • Ensure reinforcement activities like (sending reminder letter to default customers, phone call monitoring.
∎ • Ensure achievement of Business Target.
∎ • Provide information to management by analyzing and summarizing month to month installment, collection data, and trend.
∎ • Coordinate with Accounts and Sales Dept. in the installment collection effort of the company.
∎ • Collect Deposits as per Business target.
∎ • Understand the importance of customer relationship and satisfaction and ventilate the same feeling with the team members.
∎ • Organize quarterly get together with old regular& irregular customers to improve collection.
∎ • Actively assist the marketing team to create a new sales opportunity.
