Costing, Product Costing and budgeting, Production costing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Tannery/Footwear
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have adequate practical knowledge regarding preparation of General product costing such as Footwear & leather goods industry.
∎ Preparation of Closing report after complete the style.
∎ Individual Costing of the product.
∎ Comparative statement after complete the style that means assessment CM Vs actual.
∎ Sourcing the product & Negotiation the rate.
∎ Calculation of CM.
∎ Preparation of Cost sheet & BOM sheet.
∎ Planning and developing merchandising strategies.
∎ Analyzing sales figures, market trends and customer behavior to determine product needs.
∎ Determining the need for and implementing product promotions, price changes, mark downs, clear outs, etc.
∎ Maintaining and tracking inventory.
∎ Liaising between customer and company.
∎ Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, distributors and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities and time-scales .
∎ Remain up to date with industry's best practices.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ 3-5 years experience in Footwear (Leather & Synthetic).
∎ Computer literacy, MS Excel in particular (familiarity with VLOOKUPs and pivot tables)
∎ Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and to compile detailed reports.
∎ High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
